Development of University Students’ Soft Skills through Practical English Language Classes

Abstract

У тезах розглядаються основні методи та інноваційні практики, що застосовуються в українській вищій освіті, зокрема інтерактивні технології, проєктне навчання, а також використання цифрових освітніх технологій та «суб'єкт-суб'єктному» формті, спрямованих на формування м’яких навичок. У ній підкреслюється важливість розвитку навичок критичного мислення, комунікації, командної роботи, лідерства та креативності для підготовки майбутніх науковців та конкурентоспроможних фахівців. The article discusses the main methods and innovative practices used in Ukrainian higher education, in particular, interactive technologies, project-based learning, as well as the use of digital educational technologies and peer-to-peer formats, aimed at the formation of soft skills. It highlights the importance of developing critical thinking, communication, teamwork, leadership, and creativity skills to prepare future scientists and competitive professionals.
