Modern trends in the development of the hospitality industry

Abstract

Описані актуальні та значущі тенденції, що реалізуються в українській індустрії гостинності. Серед них головну роль відіграє цифровізація. Іншими важливими тенденціями є розвиток спеціалізації, «розумних» туристичних напрямків та екосистем розумного туризму, а також унікальних концепцій, автоматизації та робототехніки у сфері гостинності, аналітики даних та штучного інтелекту, а також емоційної гостинності. The article describes current and relevant trends being implemented in the Ukrainian hospitality industry. Among them, digitalization plays the main role. Another significant trend mentioned in the paper is the development of specialization, smart destinations, and smart tourism ecosystems, as well as unique concepts, automation and robotics in the hospitality sphere, data analytics and artificial intelligence, and emotional hospitality.
