На малих підприємствах, де кількість м’ясної нехарчової сировини досягає 40% від жирової ваги тварини запропоновано використовувати технологічні лінії закритого типу з накопичувачем сировини, змішувачем-сушаркою, що дає можливість готувати комбікорми за заданою рецептурою.
