Abstract
Hypothesis about influence raised of osmotic pressure of a sucrose solution is offered, therefore occurs deaggregation of disperse particles and increase of interpartical space. Підтверджено гіпотезу про вплив підвищеного осмотичного тиску розчину сахарози, в результаті чого відбувається дезагрегації дисперсних частинок і збільшення міжчасткового простору.
