Abstract
Доведено наявність в складі утвореної оксидної плівки похідних пурину, що мають токсичну дію на організм людини. Розроблено рекомендації щодо умов приготування, зберігання чайних напоїв та способів їх застосування в харчових технологіях.
The presence of purine derivatives, which have a toxic effect on the human body, has been proven in the composition of the formed oxide film. Recommendations have been developed conditions of preparation, storage of tea drinks and methods of their use in food technologies.
