Modern development of company’s personnel from the point of view of theory of generations

Abstract

Aspects of the theory of generations and their adaptation to specific data in the age structure of the company's staff are studied. Proposals for the development of the company's staff taking into account the theory of generations have been developed. Досліджуються аспекти теорії поколінь та їхня адаптація на конкретних даних у віковій структурі персоналу компанії. Розроблені пропозиції щодо розвитку персоналу компанії з урахуванням теорії поколінь.
