Корисна модель належить до способу виробництва морозива. Перевірено можливість виготовлення морозива яблучно-пшеничного високої якості на основі активованого яблучного пюре.
The utility model relates to a method for the production ice cream. The possibility of making apple-wheaten ice cream with high quality based on activated apple puree was studied.
