Abstract
Спосіб охмеління пива включає внесення у сусло хмелю. Частина норми хмелю попередньо ізомеризується ультразвуком протягом 5-10 хвилин і вноситься у пиво після головного бродіння.
A method for beer hopping involves bringing in hops into the wort. A part of hops rate is previously isomerized by ultrasound for 5-10 minutes and is brought into the beer after the main fermentation.
