Окреслено певні тенденції розвитку виробництва певних груп харчових добавок, що пов’язано з появою нових харчових продуктів на світовому ринку.The growth in the production of food additives worldwide is accompanied by significant competition and the restructuring or merger of the largest companies producing food additives.
