Abstract
The theme of disruption of unicellular microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, algae, yeast, etc.) and tissue cultures on an industrial scale is relevant but not sufficiently explored in the literature. It is challenging to find information on the organization of this process on an industrial scale. On an industrial scale, mechanical methods of cell disruption are employed, such as bead mills and pressure treatment in long slits. Other methods, including chemical ones, may complement to intensify the process.
