Abstract
На основі наукових експериментів запропоновано спосіб екстрагування корисних речовин з рослинної сировини за рахунок руйнування клітини сировини енергією вакуум-парогазового гідравлічного удару.
The method of extraction of nutrients from plant material is suggested, based on scientific experiments. Which was preformed through the destruction a cell raw by the energy of the vacuum-steam-gas hydraulic shock.
