Abstract

Готельно-ресторанний бізнес в Україні зазнає великих втрат. Готельні підприємства несуть збитки, темпи їх розвитку скорочуються. Є готелі та ресторани, які вимушені були припинити свою діяльність. До такої ситуації призвела пандемія COVID-19 та військовий стан в країні. Отже, актуальним є дослідження стану готель-ресторанного бізнесу та визначення шляхів його збереження, існування та розвитку в сучасних умовах. The hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine is experiencing great losses. Hotel enterprises bear losses, the pace of their development is reduced. There are hotels and restaurants that were forced to close. The COVID-19 pandemic and martial law in the country led to this situation. Therefore, it is relevant to study the state of the hotel-restaurant business and determine the ways of its preservation, existence and development in modern conditions.
