Розглянуто недобросовісну конкуренцію, причини її прояву, чинники, що зумовлюють її поширення, статистику видів справ у спорах щодо об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Наведено фактори та їх види, що обумовлюють можливе зростання проявів недобросовісної конкуренції в умовах цифровізації та наведено приклад ринку е-комерції, який стає все більш і більш перенасиченим, що впливатиме на рівень контролю проявів недобросовісної конкуренціїUnfair competition, the causes of its manifestation, the factors causing its spread, statistics of types of cases in disputes regarding intellectual property objects are considered.
