Abstract
Запропоновано формули для розрахунку кріоскопічної температури рослинних продуктів та визначення температури необоротних змін тканини продукту, наведено числові дані для ряду продуктів і приклади розрахунків.
A formula for calculating the cryoscopic temperature plant products and determining the temperature of irreversible changes in tissue product are numerical data for a range of products and examples of calculations.
