Зволожування лущеного зерна пшениці

Abstract

В статті наведено результати дослідження змін вологості лущеного та нелущеного зерна пшениці під час його відлежування. Показано кінетику лущення зерна, поглинання вологи зерном та зміни його вологості в залежності від індексу лущення. The article presents the results of a study of the change in the moisture content of the husk and non-peeled wheat grain during its retention. The kinetics of grain peeling, moisture absorption by grain and its moisture change depending on the peeling index are shown.
