Abstract
Рассмотрена проблема хлебопекарных печей с точки зрения экономии энергии. Предложено конструктивное решение этой проблемы. Проведены расчеты рекуператора и температур воздуха и отходящих газов, подтверждающие целесообразность этого решения.
