Abstract

У статті досліджено яке наразі внутрішнє споживання цукру. Які фактори вплинули на зростання експорту цукру до ЄС. Чому такі високі ціни на цукор склалися на ринку ЄС. Чи потрібно відкривати вільний ринок цукру у країнах ЄС. Які перспективи формування ціни на цукор протягом 2023 року. Які обсяги цукру прогнозовані до експорту протягом 2022/23 МР. Скільки підприємств планує працювати у сезоні 2023 року. The influence of the dealcoholization process on the change of organoleptic characteristics, physico-chemical parameters, and substances of the aromatic complexity of alcoholic wines is investigated in the paper examines. The organoleptic characteristics of alcohol-free wines based on samples from foreign producers were studied, and their featu- res were established, which consist of a not intense aroma with tones of overcooking and excessive acidity.
