Abstract
В статье описаны основные технологические операции подготовки твердого сырья для производства желатина. Также приведен технологический процесс получения желатина путем выпаривания его из бульона. In the article are described the basic technological operations of preparation of hard raw material for the production of gelatin. And also the technological process of receipt of gelatin is resulted by evaporation of him from clear soup.
