В ході досліджень було проведено аналіз ринку, стану виробництва та споживання томатних соусів в Україні. Було виявлено, що ринок томатних соусів України має певний потенціал розвитку і вдосконалення, тому прогнозується подальше зростання обсягів виготовлення і збуту продукції.
