Abstract
Винахід належить до харчової промисловості, а саме до м'ясопереробної галузі, може бути використана для виробництва м'ясовмісних продуктів. В основу винаходу поставлено задачу розробки харчового продукту з високою збалансованістю білкового складу і показниками якості.
