Abstract
В настоящей работе изучалась кинетика гидролиза инулина в слабокислой среде при 70-90ºС. Определены константы скорости гидролиза инулина и энергии активации при рН 3,5 и температурах 70-90ºС.
In this article we study the kinetics of the hydrolysis of inulin in a slightly acid medium at 70-90 º C. The rate constants of hydrolysis of inulin and the activation energy at pH 3.5 and temperatures of 70-90 º C.
