Abstract
Метою роботи було виділення фракції пальмової олії, а саме пальмового олеїну та пальмового стеарину з пальмової олії. Визначення ковзної точки плавлення пальмової олії та її фракцій, порівняння отриманих значень з теоретичними даними.
The purpose of the allocation fraction of palm oil, palm olein namely palm stearin and palm oil. Determination of the melting point of the moving palm oil and its fractions, comparing the obtained values with the theoretical data.
