Abstract
Спосіб охмеління пивного сусла передбачає обробляння хмелю перед внесенням у сусло, яке проводять ультразвуковими коливаннями у режимі кавітації протягом 5-10 хвилин.
A method for hopping wort provides for treatment of hops before incorporation into the wort being performed by ultrasound oscillations in the mode of cavitation during 5-10 minutes.
