Технічним результатом запропонованого способу виробництва є можливість розширити асортимент напоїв з сироватки, збагачених продуктами лікувально-профілактичного харчування на основі пророщених злаків. Отримано напої з підвищеною біологічною цінністю, які придатні для дієтичного харчування.
