dc.description.abstractThe paper presents the results of a study of the extraction of target components from horse chestnut fruit, which have a high content of aescine. The factors affecting the process and the range of their variations in research are described. On the basis of the obtained results, dependences of the content of extractive substances in extracts on the studied process factors were constructed. These dependences are presented graphically and by the regression equations of the process. Recommendations are made regarding the optimal parameters for extracting the largest number of valuable substances from horse chestnut fruit.uk_UA
