Abstract
Розроблено імітаційну модель промислової багатоступеневої кристалізації цукрози, що дозволяє визначити найбільш ефективну апаратурно-технологічну схему продуктового відділення цукрового заводу та оптимізувати продуктові потоки і методи обробки утфелю у виробничій схемі.
Developed simulation model of industrial multistage crystallization of sucrose, which allows to determine the most effective apparatus technological scheme of product department sugar factory and optimize product flows and processing massecuite in the production scheme.
