Abstract

В статті оцінено і обґрунтовано виділення коштів на соціальний розвиток. З перебудовою управління підприємством вдосконалюється система формування й витрачання коштів, що йдуть на розвиток соціальної інфраструктури, підвищення реальних доходів усіх членів колективу з урахуванням їхнього внеску у кінцеві результати виробництва, створення сприятливих умов відтворення робочої сили, духовне вдосконалення і розкриття потенційних творчих можливостей всіх працюючих, забезпечення умов для зростання продуктивності праці.The paper evaluated and justified allocation of funds for social development. With the restructuring of the management system improves the development and use of funds that are used to develop infrastructure, increase the real incomes of all members of the team with regard to their contribution to the final results of production, creation of favorable conditions for the reproduction of labor, spiritual perfection and disclosure of potential creative possibilities of all workers, providing conditions for productivity growth.
