Abstract
У роботі представлена модель оцінки наслідків аварій на харчових підприємствах у разі пожежі. Розрахунки дають можливість графічно оцінити вплив на людину здоров'я. Запропонована модель дозволяє оцінити наслідки та забезпечити ефективність заходи щодо ліквідації аварій.
The paper presents a model for assessing the consequences of accidents at food enterprises in the event of a fire. The calculations make it possible to assess graphically the impact on humanт health. The proposed model makes it possible to assess the consequences and provide effective measures to eliminate accidents.
