Стабілізація напоїв

Abstract

Досліджували вплив різних технологічних факторів на стабільність напоїв. Розглянуті інноваційні схеми обробки напоїв з метою їх стабілізації. Запропоновано підвищити вміст інертних газів під час зберігання, зокрема СО2. Для стабілізації якості пива запропоновано його обробку високим тиском з визначенням оптимальних параметрів.

We investigated the influence of different technological factors on the stability of beverages. The innovative beverage processing circuit in order to stabilize them. An increase content of inert gases during storage, particularly CO2. To stabilize the quality of beer offered its handling high-pressure to the definition of optimal parameters.
