Дослідження режимів сушіння насіння ріпаку

Abstract

Запропонована низькотемпературна технологія сушіння насіння ріпаку, яка дає можливість знизити енергетичні витрати на процес та зменшити вплив температури на матеріал. Дослідження режимів низькотемпературного сушіння виконувалось на лабораторному конвективному стенді в Науково–дослідному інституті технічної теплофізики НАН України (м. Київ) та передбачало одночасне знімання даних температури теплоносія, часу процесу та маси матеріалу.A low-temperature technology for drying rapeseed is proposed, which makes it possible to reduce the energy costs of the process and reduce the effect of temperature on the material. The study of low-temperature drying modes was carried out on a laboratory convective stand at the Scientific and Research Institute of Technical Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv) and involved the simultaneous recording of heat carrier temperature, process time, and material mass data.
