The information-analytical system of the quality control in the bakery industry

Abstract

On the basis of the developed methodology according to the principles of a dynamic computer qualimetry the information-analytical system of quality control of raw materials, prefabrications and finished goods in bakery industry is created. Such system belongs to intellectual expert systems of real time for control of multi-parameter objects and processes. На основі розробленої методології відповідно до принципів динамічного комп'ютера квалиметрия створюється інформаційно-аналітична система контролю якості сировини, напівфабрикатів і готової продукції в хлібопекарській промисловості. Така система відноситься до інтелектуальних експертних систем реального часу для управління технологічним комплексом.
