Мониторинг нитратов в пищевых продуктах

Abstract

Представлены результаты определения нитратов в овощах и фруктах, выращенных в 2013 году различными производителями. Обсуждается вопрос влияния погодных условий на содержание нитратов в растительной продукции. Даны рекомендации по уменьшению количества нитратов в плодоовощной продукции.
