Розглядаються методологічні аспекти оновлення виробничої системи на інноваційній основі, до яких віднесено процес трансформації інтелектуальної власності, забезпечення руху інтелектуального капіталу з метою отримання прибутку, механізм інноваційного оновлення підприємств, процес організації інноваційної діяльності, ознаки інноваційного конвеєра, механізм комерціалізації інтелектуальної продукції та інноваційне підприємництво.
