Abstract

В статье рассмотрены способы введения электрода в тесто для измерения ОВ-потенциала. Сделан вывод о необходимости постоянного нахождения электрода в тесте. The article considers the methods of the introduction of the electrode in the dough for the measurement of S-capacity. The conclusion is made about the necessity of permanent location of the electrode in the test.
