Abstract
Проведено аналіз способів оцінювання віскі. Методи газової та іонної хроматографії є ефективними під час оцінювання якості віскі. Їх застосування дає змогу встановлювати причини утворення помутнінь та осадів у готовій продукції
An analysis of whiskey evaluation methods was carried out. Gas and ion chromatography methods are effective when assessing whiskey quality. Their use makes it possible to establish the causes of turbidity and sediment formation in finished products
