Abstract
Досліджено процес екстрагування з рослинної сировини в різних типах екстракційних апаратів. В результаті аналізу одержаних експериментальних даних розроблена математична модель процесу в промисловому екстракторі.
The process of extraction from the plant material in different types of extraction apparatus was researched. In the result of analysis of the received experimental data, there was developed a mathematical model of the process in the industrial extractor.
