Abstract
This research has experimentally proved the efficiency of using vertically implemented progressive counter flowing preliming in the technological scheme of diffusion juice purification in sugar beets production.У роботі експериментально підтверджено ефективність використання в технологічній схемі очищення дифузійного соку бурякоцукрового виробництва прогресивної протитечійної переддефекації із вертикальним варіантом апаратурного оформлення.
