Abstract
Матеріалом для експерименту обрано пресові залишки журавлини. Проаналізовано сучасні методи очищення антоціанів, отриманих шляхом екстрагування із пресових залишків журавлини.
Press residues of cranberries were chosen as the material for the experiment. Modern methods of purification of anthocyanins obtained by extraction from cranberry press residues are analyzed.
