В роботі дана характеристика сукралозі, як некалорійному підсолоджучачу. ЇЇ застосування у виробництві дозволить знизити вміст цукру у напоях до 5 % мас.
The paper describes the characteristics of sucralose as a non-caloric sweetener. Its use in production will reduce the sugar content in drinks to 5% by weight.
