Abstract
Cпосіб передбачає неперервне зброджування сусла і відрізняється тим, що оцукрювання здійснюють до утворення в суслі 90-97% моно- і дисахаридів від введеного крохмалю.The method provides continuous fermentation of the wort and differs in that saccharification is carried to form in the wort 90-97% mono-and disaccharides from the introduction of the production of starch.
