The psychological insight into frustration tolerance development in adolescence

In the article, the period of adolescence is under study and the peculiarities of the mentioned age category are also specified. Psychological analysis of the phenomenon of «frustration tolerance» is made on the basis of the views of foreign and domestic researchers. The interconnection of psychological peculiarities of adolescence and «frustration tolerance» is analyzed and defined. As a result, the most crucial components affecting “frustration tolerance” development in adolescence are determined.
The overview of the psychological techniques used in REBT and CBT

In the article the principles of the rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) are studied. This paper presents the theoretical analysis of the psychological techniques and the peculiarities of their use on the basis of REBT and CBT. It also defines the way how to apply the mentioned interventions to effect positively the person’s psychological health and well-being. The paper also outlines the importance of combining cognitive, emotive and behavioral interventions and shows their contribution in developing person’s rational thinking and control of emotions and constructive behavior.

In the article the principles of rational emotive behavioural therapy are studied. This paper presents analysis of REBT in the educational process.
