У результаті досліджень можна зробити висновок про можливість заміни сухого молока концентратом сироваткового білка до 2,5% без шкоди для якості кисломолочних напоїв.
As a result of research, it is possible to conclude that it is possible to replace dry milk with whey protein concentrate up to 2.5% without harming the quality of fermented milk drinks.
