Abstract

Технологія лущення зернових культур є складним і багатофакторним процесом. Це ускладнює його математичне описання. Ранні дослідження стосувалися впливу процесу лущення на вихід битих зерен, але відсутні дослідження впливу наявних битих зерні, які піддається лущенн. Зерно пшениці надходить на переробку із деяким вмістом битих зерен. This makes it difficult to describe it mathematically. Early studies concerned the influence of the hulling process on the yield of broken grains, but there are no studies of the influence of the existing broken grains that are subjected to hulling. Wheat grain enters processing with some content of broken grains. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of the content of broken grains in the initial grain on the efficiency of hulling of wheat grain
