Оцінка схильності молекул у водному розчині до асоціації

Abstract

З'ясовано межі концентрацій водного розчину сахарози, коли її молекули практично не взаємодіють між собою, коли починається колективний процес утворення асоціатів та кількість молекул в одному асоціаті за даних умов.

It is shown the limits of concentration of an aqueous solution of sucrose when its molecules practically do not interact with each other when starting the formation of collective associates and the number of molecules in one associates under these conditions.
