Abstract

The article shows that it is possible to effectively cavitate various production media. For example, a significant effect was found in the extraction of protein from defatted ground bones. The extraction process according to a similar scheme at 18-20°C allowed for an additional 4-6% of protein to be extracted by weight. The results of extraction of biologically active substances from vegetable raw materials were also obtained.
В матеріалі показано, що можливо ефективно кавітаційно обробляти різні виробничі середовища. Наприклад, значний ефект був виявлений при екстракції білка зі знежирених мелених кісток. Процес екстракції за аналогічною схемою при 18-20°С дозволив додатково отримати 4-6% білка по відношенню до їх маси. Отримано також результати з екстрагування біологічно активних речовин з овочевої сировини.
