Abstract
Основним завданням корисної моделі є створення композиції м’ясного фаршу для виробництва м’ясного хліба з підвищеною біологічною цінністю, та покращення органолептичних показників готових виробів.
The main objective is to create a useful model compositions for the production of minced meat beef bread with high biological value and improve the organoleptic characteristics of the finished products.
