В статті представлені дослідження мікробіологічних показників зразків рослинної сировини, з метою перевірки можливості їх застосування в рецептурах м'ясних продуктів.
In the article the presented researches of microbiological indicators of samples of plant raw materials, for the purpose of check of a possibility of their use as a part of compoundings of meat products.
