Abstract
A cellular crystal structure was found to be formed in the butter on the fat globules surface as well as in the interglobulesphere.
Було виявлено, що у вершковому маслі на поверхні жирових глобул, а також у міжглобулосфері, утворюється комірчаста кристалічна структура.
