Статистичні дані останніх років свідчать про зростання попиту населення на продукти швидкого приготування. У науковій роботі було обґрунтовано і розроблено рецептури посічених м'ясних напівфабрикатів з частковою заміною м'яса на підготовлену бобову сировину у пастоподібному вигляді.
Statistical data of recent years indicate an increase in the population's demand for fast food products. In the scientific work, recipes for chopped meat semi-finished products with partial replacement of meat with prepared legume raw materials in a paste form were substantiated and developed.
