Abstract
З’ясовано, що використання декорування страв шляхом застосуванням європейських технологій арт-візажу призводить до значного прибутку закладу ресторанного господарства, зростанню його популярності і збільшенню кількості клієнтів.
It was found that the use of decorating dishes through the use of European technologies of art-visage leads to a significant profit of the restaurant establishment, increase its popularity and increase the number of customers.
